Description
British musical in which a hopeful song publisher lands in London in an attempt to make his fame. Having encountered the beautiful singer Edie Story (Margaret Lockwood), Bob Fielding (Michael Rennie) approaches her to form an alliance with him against copyright pirates after a song is unwittingly sold off to another publisher. Bob has stiff competition from fellow publisher Jim Knight (Peter Graves) however, who also has Edie at the centre of his affection.
