Description
College student Peggy Johns (Sian Barbara Allen) needed the cash, and readily took a housekeeping job at the foreboding estate of sculptor Jeffrey Elliot (Ted Bessell) and his reclusive dipsomaniac mother (Bette Davis). She had second thoughts after learning her predecessor had disappeared… and that Jeffrey’s supposedly-abroad sister (Christiane Schmidtmer) was locked above the garage.
