Description
The Cold War is at its height and a top American physicist has been horribly injured in a car crash while attending a conference in East Germany. Inside a mangled body his brilliant brain ticks on, unimpaired, leading Russian Colonel Azarin (Trevor Howard) to undertake a complete reconstruction job on him through metallurgical, plastic and atomic surgery to make the physicist a metal man. After putting him through espionage training him for six months Colonel Azarin sends his new bionic agent back to the United States.
