Description
Yorkshire, 1912: The prosperous Birling family was enjoying an engagement celebration when a knock at the door came from Inspector Poole (Alistair Sim). As he pursues his inquiry, they learn that a despondent young woman (Jane Wenham) had committed suicide-and that five different members of the clan could have been the individual that drove her to the act.
