Description
This stunning remake of Alfred Hitchcock’s 1927 silent thriller follows a mysterious young medical student (Laird Cregar) who rents a flat in London’s Whitechapel district. While the Jack the Ripper murders terrify the area, the lodger’s behavior attracts the attention of the landlord’s niece and a Scotland Yard detective intent of stopping the killings.
