Description
Charles Boyer (Gaslight) stars as a philanderer who’s accused of killing his wife in A Woman’s Vengeance, a gripping drama co-starring Ann Blyth (Kismet) and Jessica Tandy (Driving Miss Daisy). When his invalid wife Emily (Rachel Kimpson, Out of Africa) dies of a heart attack, it frees Henry Maurer (Boyer) to marry his young mistress Doris (Blyth). Confiding her suspicions that Henry murdered her patient, Emily’s nurse (Mildred Natick, Dangerous Liaisons) is encouraged by a neighbor (Tandy) to tell the police. Suddenly Henry finds himself wrongly convicted and awaiting his fate while the family doctor (Sir Cedric Hardwicke, The War of the Worlds) races against time to find the real killer and save his life.
